If you have received a notice from the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office that your mail ballot was not accepted, you will be instructed to complete a Vote-by-Mail Cure Affidavit and return it to the Supervisor's office with an accepted form of identification.
All Vote-by-mail cure affidavits must be returned to the Supervisor's office no later than 5 p.m. on the second day after the election.

Reasons a vote-by-mail ballot may be rejected include no signature on the ballot envelope or the signature not matching the voter's signature on file. If you received a notice from the Supervisor's office indicating there was a problem with your vote-by-mail ballot, correct it as soon as possible!
